Today blogger have officially released the Google + button and Google + Badge. Google + is look like Facebook page and it also helps in the SEO. and Google + badge is your Google plus profile gadget so people can add you in the circles and you can improve your SEO. Google + button and Google + Badge is playing important role in the SEO. and you can also see in the below figure that how Google plus is important for SEO.
See in the above snapshot and you will found that I have shared in Google + and it will show your circles that you have shared this. So you can also improve your traffic. 
Now just follow the simple steps to add the google + button. 1.just login into your blogger blog.
2. go to layout
3. click on add gadget
and jusr select 1st option +1 button and select the button size and hit save and you have done !
And if you want to install the Google plus profile badge then just follow the simple steps to add the Google plus badge.
1. Login in to your blogger blog.
2.go to layout
3.click on add gadget
4.now just add 3rd gadget see above snapshot and you will found the preview of your badge see in the bellow snapshot.
5.now add the title of your badge and add the page or profile id and click on save and you have done !
